From time to time, our clients want to order multiple designs per order. When that happens, there is a one-time setup fee per additional design for us to calibrate our printers for your artwork, have our project managers review your artwork (not typos), and in general, just make sure your order looks amazing.
These setup fees are applied to each additional design and are waived on any future orders of the same design.

What is your production time?
After your artwork is approved, it will 5 - 7 business days for standard production and 2 - 3 business days for rush production before we ship your order. We will do whatever it takes to meet your event date. Please note our production facilities are closed for all US Federal holidays and Dec 24-Jan 2.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
Do you provide samples?
