If that happens, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. No hassle.

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, we ask that you contact us first at support@sayitwithacondom.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and may limit your ability to place future orders.

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that we believe are filed in bad faith or are inconsistent with our order records. Documentation such as shipping confirmation, delivery records, and order history may be submitted to your financial institution during a dispute.

Refunds & Returns

If there's a problem with your order — wrong item, damaged product, or something missing — reach out to us at support@sayitwithacondom.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If a return is approved, items must be unopened and in original condition.

Refunds, when issued, are returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
