Thank you for choosing Say It With A Condom®. Our goal is simple: make sure you receive custom products you're proud to share.
Because our products are customized and classified as sexual health items, there are a few important guidelines around cancellations, returns, and order issues. Please read through them — they're straightforward and written to protect both of us.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once you place an order, you have up to one (1) hour to request a change or cancellation.
This window gives our team time to begin preparing your artwork and production files while still allowing you to catch any last-minute adjustments before we get too far into the process.

After the one-hour window closes, your order may already be in production. At that point, changes may no longer be possible and the order may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Artwork Approval & Custom Orders
Many of our products include custom artwork, branding, or personalization. Before any custom order goes to production, you will have the opportunity to review and approve a digital proof.
By approving your proof — whether in writing, by email, or by clicking an approval confirmation — you are authorizing Say It With A Condom® to proceed with production exactly as shown.
Once artwork is approved and production begins, we are not responsible for errors, typos, or design elements that were present in the approved proof. Please review everything carefully before giving your approval.
Tip: Double-check all names, dates, logos, colors, and text before approving. Once it goes to print, we cannot reprint at our cost for approved errors.
If an error was made on our end — meaning the printed product does not match the approved proof — we will reprint or refund the affected portion of your order at no charge.
Returns
Due to the intimate and regulated nature of sexual health products, we are unable to accept returns once items have been produced or shipped.
This policy protects the safety and integrity of our products and is consistent with industry standards for sexual health merchandise.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We'll make it right.

Our team will review your claim and work with you on a resolution — whether that's a replacement, a credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.
Order Concerns
If something about your order doesn't feel right, reach out within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
We can't accept returns on sexual health products, but we're committed to reviewing every situation fairly. If a mistake was made, we'll own it and work toward a solution.
Customer satisfaction matters to us. We'd rather resolve an issue directly than have you walk away unhappy.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@sayitwithacondom.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended and your ability to place future orders being restricted.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that are inconsistent with our order records, production history, or approved artwork confirmations. Supporting documentation — including proof of delivery, order history, and signed artwork approvals — may be submitted to your financial institution during the dispute process.
Chargebacks filed after artwork approval or confirmed delivery will be contested. We keep detailed records and take this seriously.
