For Custom Foil Condoms, use the online Design Studio on the product page. Upload a JPG or PNG at 300 DPI or higher for best results. For all other products (Wallets, Trifolds, etc.), upload your artwork at checkout. We accept PNG, PSD, AI, and PDF files.

Not necessarily. The design tool preview is compressed for web display and may not reflect final print quality. If you're concerned, email your original file to support@sayitwithacondom.com and we'll review it before your order enters production.

Yes. You can split an order across multiple designs. For example, 4 designs at 25 units each for a total of 100. Each design version is priced at its own quantity (25 units), not the total order quantity, so the per-unit price reflects the smaller run.

The back of the foil is reserved for FDA-required information and the expiration date, so the front is your canvas. For more design real estate, Condom Wallets and Trifolds offer full double-sided customization.

For orders of 16,000+ units with an 8–10 week timeline, limited back-foil customization is available. FDA information and expiration date must remain prominent. Rush production is not available for this option. Email us to discuss.

We cannot print trademarked or copyrighted logos belonging to other companies without written authorization from the brand owner. Your own original artwork, logos, and designs are welcome.

Because we're printing on a curved foil surface rather than a flat one, QR code scan reliability can vary. We do our best to ensure clean print quality, but we recommend testing your QR code size and contrast before submitting your artwork. If you're having issues with a received order, contact us and we'll do what we can to help.

Production starts after artwork is approved, not when the order is placed. Shipping transit time is in addition to production time.

Standard ground delivery is typically 3–7 business days after production. Expedited options (2-day and next day) are available at checkout. Production time and shipping time are separate. Your total timeline includes both.

We wish we could wrap the whole world in one big package, but we currently ship within the United States only — all 50 states plus Puerto Rico. After a long and complicated relationship with international customs forms, import duties, and country-specific regulations, we decided to keep things domestic. It's us, not you. We hope you understand.

Yes. Split shipping is supported. Send the address list with your order and we'll handle multi-location fulfillment. A per-location surcharge applies above 5 ship-to addresses.

A tracking link goes out by email when the carrier picks up your order. If you didn't receive one within 24 hours of your estimated ship date, email support@sayitwithacondom.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

Yes. All condoms are natural latex, FDA-compliant, lubricated, and electronically tested. The wrapper is custom. The condom inside is the same medical-grade product you'd buy at any pharmacy. Shelf life is 3–5 years from manufacture.

Available latex colors: natural (clear), black, magenta, blue, red, green, and yellow. Assorted colors are available for an additional $0.10 per unit. Colors are pre-mixed at production. If a specific color is critical to your order, contact us in advance as particular colors may occasionally be out of stock.

Configurable: condoms only, lube only, or both. Standard configurations are shown on the product page. Custom inserts are available. Add a note when ordering. Many organizations use one panel for a QR code linking to clinic hours, testing locations, or campaign pages.

Yes. Custom-branded lube packets are available in water-based formulas. They can be ordered individually or bundled with condoms inside wallets or trifolds.
